Junior wide receiver Eric Glover-Williams is no longer a member of the Ohio State football team, an Ohio State spokesperson confirmed Saturday.
Sources told Eleven Warriors that Glover-Williams was dismissed from the team due to off-field issues.
A four-star defensive back recruit out of Canton McKinley High School, Glover-Williams was expected to be a candidate for playing time on offense and in the return game after moving to wide receiver from safety this spring.
Glover-Williams appeared in seven games in 2015 and all 13 of Ohio State's games in 2016, but did not travel to the Buckeyes' season opener at Indiana on Thursday.
