A week ago J.K. Dobbins torched the Indiana Hoosiers.

Saturday he got just 13 carries for 72 yards; a 5.5 average. That would be big news for any other true freshman back at Ohio State, but Dobbins clearly isn't just any freshman.

He and seven classmates saw action in Bloomington, but as one would expect - Oklahoma isn't Indiana, and the Buckeyes leaned on their older players Saturday night. In total, seven freshmen saw the field with Blake Haubeil registering a tackle on special teams and Isaiah Pryor seeing his first action, but otherwise statistics were scant for Ohio State's freshman class.

The participation numbers are relatively steady (seven players vs. eight) but the number of plays and statistics took a significant dip, driven largely by Dobbins' reduction in touches.

Army, UNLV and Rutgers are the next three opponents, so if this tracker is going to increase in activity it should be happening over the next three weeks.
