Redshirt sophomore quarterback Dwayne Haskins was the first to replace J.T. Barrett in the Buckeye bloodbath against UNLV on Saturday.

Haskins wasted little time to throw his first career touchdown pass.

He did so on 1st and 10 on the UNLV 28 late in the second quarter when he threw a frozen rope to walk-on receiver C.J. Saunders.

For Saunders, whom Urban Meyer has raved about in the past, it was also his first career touchdown catch.

The PAT on the ensuing play made it 44-7 Ohio State, a score taken into the halftime break.
