According to a report from Pro Football Talk, the judge presiding of over Ezekiel Elliott’s case with the NFL will not lift an injunction that prevents the NFL from carrying out the running back’s suspension.

With the Cowboys on the bye this week, Elliott won’t see the field, but could next week if the petition and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals have not come to a decision in the case.
That remains unseen, and the certainty of Elliott’s playing status may change multiple times throughout the next week.
