The Pittsburgh Steelers got a visit from their spiritual talisman, injured middle linebacker Ryan Shazier, on Wednseday.
"I was finally able to make it to practice with my teammates," Shazier posted on Instagram.
"It’s great to be back for practices and meetings. Just to be able to feel a part of it means the world. So I’m working harder than I ever have to get back."
Greg Bishop of Sports Illustrated reported Tuesday that the Steelers are playing for their sidelined teammate.
The Steelers host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday in the NFL Divisional Playoffs.
