The former Buckeye was one of the last draft picks to agree to a deal. As of Wednesday morning, just three others – Sam Darnold, Roquan Smith and Dante Pettis – had yet to sign with their respective teams.
Ward was the No. 4 overall pick in the draft and was the first cornerback selected. His final season at Ohio State, Ward was the teams top corner. He finished the season with two interception and 15 passes defended.
