Ohio State freshman linebacker Dallas Gant is officially a Buckeye.
The 6-foot-3, 215-pound Gant — who hails from Toledo St. John's Jesuit — lost his black stripe following Wednesday's practice, the program announced this afternoon.

Gant becomes the second member of Ohio State's Supreme '18 recruiting class to lose his black stripe, joining defensive tackle Tommy Togiai, who shed his in the spring. Both freshmen enrolled early and competed in spring practices.
