A 6-foot, 205-pound running back from Dublin Scioto High School, McMahon joined the Buckeyes last fall and will look to earn his first game action this upcoming season.
He is the eighth player and third walk-on, joining tight end Tate Duarte and quarterback Kory Curtis, to lose his black stripe since fall camp began.
