Haskins completed 21 of 24 passing attempts for 304 yards and five touchdowns in just one half of play against the Green Wave on Saturday.
Ohio State's redshirt sophomore signal-caller has now already earned Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honors twice this season, having previously received the award after throwing for 313 yards and five touchdowns in the season opener against Oregon State.
Haskins shares this week's Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honors with Penn State running back Miles Sanders, who rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries in the Nittany Lions' 63-24 win on Friday against Illinois.
