For the third-straight season, J.K. Dobbins is a 1,000-yard rusher.
Dobbins is just the second player in Ohio State history with three 1,000-yard rushing seasons, joining Archie Griffin. Dobbins is the first Buckeye player to hit this mark in his first three seasons in the program as Griffin reached the mark in his sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
Hitting this mark in just the eighth game of the season, Dobbins is nearly on pace to break Eddie George's single-season rushing record of 1,927 yards, which he set in his 1995 Heisman Trophy season.
