The Buckeyes are hungry.
Ohio State's season did not end the way the players expected as the Buckeyes fell 29-23 to Clemson in the College Football Playoff Semifinal.
In the aftermath of the heartbreaking loss, Buckeye players took to social media to express their sorrow, pride and – perhaps most of all – hunger to come back even stronger next season from those set to return in 2020.
A whole collection of players made it clear they expect next season to end differently, perhaps none more emphatically than Garrett Wilson.
Was a pleasure getting to play, learn from, and build relationships with my brothers on this team. Sorry it ended that way.

A few Buckeyes were facing NFL Draft decisions following the game and may not return to Ohio State next season, but they shared their emotions all the same.

So long, Seniors
For a number of Ohio State players, Saturday night was the final time they'd suit up in the Scarlet and Gray as their senior seasons came to a close.
It may not have been the four-year run they envisioned, but they leave Ohio State accomplished and proud to be Buckeyes.
What a ride its been with my guy... Not how we imagined it ending but grateful for our time together. Been a pleasure catching your balls and enjoy the next level brother #Mannelly pic.twitter.com/RODSBYlFe4

13 out
Another Buckeye football season is in the books, which means all eyes now shift to next year. And on Sept. 5, Bowling Green comes to town to open the season.
