It was another wild week in the NFL, and an active week for former Buckeyes. Denzel Ward's Browns got a big win against Cincinnati, while a trio of Bucks scored touchdowns.
Denzel Ward Shines Against Bengals
The Browns continued their hot start yesterday against their in-state rivals, and while most of the defense did not look particularly strong, Denzel Ward was the exception. Ward recorded three pass defenses (a category in which he is tied for the league lead), to go along with six total tackles, including this incredible one.

Ward will look to continue his strong play as the Browns CB1 against Las Vegas next week.
Joey Bosa Pays It Forward
After the Chargers defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars, Joey Bosa decided to take young K'Lavon Chaisson under his wing and show him some tips and tricks.

Tamba Hali did the same thing to Bosa three years ago, showing him some moves after a Chiefs-Chargers game in Bosa's rookie year, and it was nice to see Joey pay it forward.
Bosa finished with three tackles and 0.5 sacks, increasing his total to 4.5 this year. Elsewhere in this game, Davon Hamilton finished with eight tackles and Andrew Norwell started at guard for the Jaguars, while K.J. Hill was inactive for the Chargers.
Terry McLaurin Paces Washington Again
It is truly amazing to see Terry McLaurin's journey from a relative afterthought at the beginning of his Ohio State career to a third-round draft choice to becoming one of the NFL's best wide receivers in 2020.
Yesterday, McLaurin recorded seven catches for 90 yards and a touchdown, this 54-yard bomb from Kyle Allen.

McLaurin also had quite a postgame speech, as he has quickly become a leader in the Washington locker room.
Curtis Samuel Scores Rushing Touchdown
While at Ohio State, Curtis Samuel showed he was a threat both as a runner and as a pass catcher. That skill set has translated to the NFL, and Samuel scored his first rushing touchdown of the season yesterday on a five-yard scamper.

Samuel finished with three catches for 35 yards to go along with that touchdown run.
Elsewhere in this game, it was good to see Eli Apple return from an injury to record four tackles, while Marshon Lattimore and Malcolm Jenkins paced the Saints defensive backfield in a New Orleans victory.
Carlos Hyde Steps In Admirably
What a luxury it is for the Seahawks to have a backup as good as Carlos Hyde. When Chris Carson went down with an injury, Hyde stepped in and did a darn good job, rushing for 68 yards on 15 carries and this score.

It remains to be seen how long Carson will be out, but if it is for any significant stretch, the Seahawks can breathe a little easier knowing they have Hyde to fill in.
