It will be Ohio State's first 3:30 game of the year, after a noon kick for the season opener and back-to-back 7:30 games, and its second consecutive game to be televised on the conference's official network.
The Buckeyes will be looking for their seventh straight win over the Terrapins since Maryland joined the Big Ten in 2014. Ohio State's last trip to Maryland was by far the most competitive game in the series, as the Buckeyes needed overtime to earn a 52-51 win in College Park in 2018, but Ohio State cruised to a 73-14 victory last year.
Maryland is off to a 1-1 start this season. The Terrapins earned a 45-44 overtime win over Minnesota on Friday after their season started with a 43-3 loss to Northwestern.
The Terrapins play Penn State on the road this week before returning home to host the Buckeyes, while Ohio State is set to back-to-back games against the Big Ten's newest members as it hosts Rutgers at Ohio Stadium at 7:30 p.m. this Saturday.
