Spring practice nears, so winter workouts continue to ramp up.
For the first time this year, Ohio State's players went through mat drills on Friday. For the uninitiated, those are strenuous early-morning workouts featuring plenty of competition between guys on the Woody Hayes Athletic Center practice field that have gone on for many years.
Given the reaction on social media, strength and conditioning coach Mickey Marotti didn't make it easy on them. Not at all.
