The ratings are in for Madden NFL 23, and there are no shortage of Buckeyes among this year’s top-rated players.
In total, eight former Ohio State players have ratings of 90 or better in this year’s game.
Nick Bosa is the highest-rated Buckeye in Madden NFL 23 with a rating of 94, third-best among all edge rushers behind Myles Garrett and T.J. Watt. Nick’s older brother Joey Bosa also ranks among the top six edge rushers in this year’s game with a rating of 91.

Cameron Heyward is the second-highest rated Buckeye with a rating of 93, which is also the second-highest rating among interior defensive linemen behind only Aaron Donald.

Ohio State also has two of the top six cornerbacks in this year’s Madden, as Denzel Ward has a rating of 92 while Marshon Lattimore will start this year with a rating of 91.

Ohio State wide receivers are well-represented in his year’s Madden as Terry McLaurin made the top 10 with a 91 rating while Michael Thomas comes in just one point behind him with a rating of 90.

Former Ohio State center Corey Linsley also has a rating of 91 to rank among the top nine offensive linemen in Madden 23.

First-round picks Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson are Ohio State’s highest-rated rookies in Madden NFL 23, both with ratings of 76. Neither is the highest-rated rookie wide receiver in the game, however; their former teammate Jameson Williams, who was picked one spot after Olave and two spots after Wilson, received a 78 rating.
