Ohio State's spring season concluded with the defense stepping up in a big way.
Ohio State's defense bested its offense 40-31 on Saturday and dominated for the majority of the day.
While the defense won the day, there were bright spots offensively. Chip Trayanum scampered for a 65-yard touchdown run near the end of the first half, and freshman wideouts Noah Rogers and Carnell Tate both caught touchdowns.
As for the quarterbacks, Kyle McCord finished the game with 18 completions on 34 attempts for 184 yards and a touchdown while Tristan Gebbia finished with 14 completions on 24 attempts for 127 yards and a touchdown.
