Ohio State has changed its offensive line for its final game of the 2023 season.
In his final game as a Buckeye, sixth-year senior Matt Jones is making his first career start at center, replacing Carson Hinzman at that spot after starting the first 12 games of the year at right guard.
With Jones moving to the middle of the offensive line, fifth-year senior Enokk Vimahi – who made his only previous start as a Buckeye in last year’s Michigan game – is making his first start of the season at right guard in the season-ending Cotton Bowl against Missouri.
Hinzman, who started all 12 of Ohio State’s regular-season games at center, lined up as the second-team center during pregame warmups.
