Those who want an NFL-licensed Marvin Harrison Jr. Cardinals uniform will have to wait a while.
Per a report from NFL Network's Ian Rappaport, the NFLPA has told the NFL and Fanatics they are not permitted to sell the former Ohio State wide receiver's jersey.
An update: The NFLPA has advised the NFL, the #AZCardinals and Fanatics that they are not still permitted to sell Marvin Harrison Jr. jerseys based on the wishes of his representatives, sources say.

The NFLPA, to which Harrison signed his jersey rights on May 23, is not allowing either organization to continue offering them based on the wishes of Harrison's representatives. Due to a dispute with Fanatics, Harrison did not sign his NFLPA licensing agreement after being drafted, but the licensing language was included as part of his rookie deal with the Arizona Cardinals.
Fanatics, which manufactures and distributes all NFL-licensed jerseys for fans through a partnership with the NFL and Nike, filed a lawsuit against Harrison earlier that May for breach of contract on a deal signed one year prior.
In the lawsuit, obtained by ESPN and The Athletic, Fanatics claimed that Harrison refused to fulfill the obligations of his contract for autographed apparel and trading cards and "publically asserted" that the contract didn't exist. The lawsuit named The Harrison Collection LLC as a defendant. The Harrison Collection is where the No. 4 pick of the 2024 NFL draft sells his own jerseys and other autographed memorabilia.
Harrison stated that he had better offers from other trading card companies, per The Athletic, and when he asked Fanatics to match or exceed those deals, they asked to see the terms of those deals and he refused. Fanatics alleged there was a binding term sheet signed by Harrison and the suit said that damages were estimated in the "millions of dollars."
Searches for Harrison's jersey on the Cardinals' team shop, the NFL's website and Fanatics' website return no results. The case between Harrison and Fanatics is still pending.
