Ohio State checks in at No. 2 in the first College Football Playoff rankings of 2024.
Eight Ohio State wrestlers appear in the top 16 of their weight classes in Intermat's preseason rankings, released Tuesday, including four ranked in the top three and two ranked No. 1.
Junior Kyle Snyder, fresh off winning an NCAA championship and the youngest American wrestler to ever win a gold medal in the Olympics, is to the surprise of nobody, Intermat's top-ranked heavyweight. Joining Snyder as a No. 1 in Intermat's rankings is fellow junior Bo Jordan, slated to compete at 174 pounds this season following two consecutive third place finishes at 165 pounds at the NCAA Championships.
