Trey DePriest, a Springfield product and former Ohio State recruiting target, went undrafted out of Alabama, but signed an UDFA contract with the Baltimore Ravens.
That contract is at an end as the Ravens released DePriest earlier today, according to Fox Sports' Aaron Wilson. In a twist, the Ravens re-signed UDFA LB Andrew Bose, a player whom the Ravens cut earlier this month.
Chris Brown of SmartFootball.com speculates DePriest could wind up as a coach, considering he's heard "great things from coaches" about him, going all the way back to high school.
