Are y'all ready to embrace the inevitability of Kentucky winning the title? (Disclaimer: This was written before the conclusion of the Kentucky-Wisconsin game.)
Merry Easter to those who celebrate it, and Happy Sunday to those who don't. The Skull Session trundles onward.
11W WEEK IN REVIEW. Here is some stuff written this week by people more talented than me:
- Vonn Bell is thankful for his health.
- Is driving a Lexus nice?
- Projecting OSU's top receivers in 2015.
- Aaron Craft talks about the biggest shot of his career.
- New-intern-on-the-block Kevin Harrish talks non-revenue sports.
- Chris Ash tuned the sword.
- Get to know a future OSU standout: Nardonia's Denzel Norwood.
- It's a big spring for Bri'onte Dunn.
- Highlights from the spring's first scrimmage.
- The time is now for Joel Hale and Tommy Schutt.
BRAXTON TAKES ANOTHER STEP? Insiders seem to think it's Braxton Miller's job to lose if he makes a full recovery, and we got another glance at that yesterday:
Source also said Braxton Miller was throwing 30-yard passes back and forth with Dontre Wilson. About 15 yards further than what we've seen.

The other big news to leak from practice:
The biggest thing is that it's becoming clear that Jalin Marshall is going to be a WR in the fall. Explains Curtis Samuel to H.

Marshall will also move to No. 7 in the spring, which is a number I always associate with Ted Ginn Jr. (Yes, I know this dates me.)
STEELE PROPHESIES TCU AT NO. 2. Ohio State being No. 1 won't shock anyone going into the 2015 campaign. So, for me, I'm more interested in who they think is going to contend for Ohio State's crown.
Phil Steele, a noted college football oracle, projected the AP Top 25 preseason poll:
My PROJECTED 2015 AP PRESSN TOP 10 #1 OHIO ST #2 TCU #3 ALABAMA #4 BAYLOR #5 OREGON #6 MICH ST #7 USC #8 FLORIDA ST #9 AUBURN #10 GEORGIA

Personally, I'd love to watch Ohio State run a Texas gamut of TCU and Baylor. Then the only jewel missing from its double crowns would be Florida State's jean shorts.
EVAN TURNER DEFIES DEFINITION. Evan Turner hasn't lived up to the caliber of his No. 2 overall pick, but the Celtic's low-risk gamble on the Villain has paid dividends for the worst franchise in professional sports.
From Howard Megdal of USAToday.com:
"Personally, I think each year I've gotten better, as a person, as a leader, as a player," Turner said. "I'm just trying to fit in. Obviously, having the two-pick label, there's a lot to expect from me."
Turner's a bit different. He's a passer who can score. He's a defender who can rebound. He's a blender who can lead. But from that high perch, the expectations are different.
[...]
"I think he's a really talented and good guy," Stevens said. "I think that's really important: he's a good person, a good teammate. The other night, I didn't put him back in, and if you watch the bench, he's one of the guys who was up the entire time."
Would you believe E.T. is tied for second and only trails Russell Westbrook in 2014-15 NBA triple-doubles? It's true.
LONG LIVE THE KING. Cardale Jones gave an SI interview earlier this week in which he stated he never turns down a picture in which he's been asked to appear.
Unsurprisingly, he walked the walk yesterday at CMH:
So @CJ12_ in my terminal at CMH. Being bombarded by kids, and adults acting like kids. Dude is a legend in this town already.
— Emily Everett (@EEEverettt) April 4, 2015
@CJ12_ also props to him for being completely polite and gracious to everyone who approached him.

Long live the King:
Everyone have a safe holiday weekend
