Skull Session: Evan Pryor and TreVeyon Henderson Weren't Flipping, Ohio State's 40-Yard Dash Times, and Jared Sullinger Balls in Korea

Master Teague is fast in today's skull session.

If you ever get frustrated with any of Ohio State's coaches, remember that at least the Buckeyes aren't paying $42 million for this:

But at least he said he'd never do it again!

Coach O is a great character, is awesome for college football and I love to admire him from afar, but truthfully, I'd want him nowhere near my football team.

Word of the Day: Hoary.

GOOD TRY, GOOD EFFORT. When one school holds commitments from two top-100 players at running back, playing them against each other to try to get one of them to flip would seem like a solid strategy on the surface.

But in TreVeyon Henderson and Evan Pryor's case, there was a small problem...

Looking at you, Lincoln Riley.

This is also a tough look for that weird Oklahoma insider that claimed for months that like half of Ohio State's 2021 recruiting class would be flipping to Oklahoma, led by Henderson. Hilariously, the only flip we saw between those two schools was when Jantzen Dunn was committed to Oklahoma for less than an hour before flipping to the Buckeyes.

I would like to purchase this Tweet as an NFT, please.

And some of the replies are just magnificent in hindsight.

Maybe this is the year Lincoln Riley out-recruits Ryan Day.

FASTEST OF THE FASTEST. I have a hard time believing any 40-yard dash time that isn't laser timed in Lucas Oil Stadium at the NFL Scouting Combine. However, that's never stopped me from ogling at Ohio State's Wall of Speed before, and it won't stop me now, either.

Obviously, there's no telling how accurate these numbers are because they've been pretty inconsistent in the past.

For example, this board had Terry McLaurin clocking a 4.36, which is damn near spot-on since he ran a 4.35 at the combine. But it also had Jerome Baker running a 4.37, and he clocked a 4.6 at the combine.

Old 40 times.

Either way, this tells us who the fastest guys on the team are. And if Justin Fields really is one of them, he's about to have some scouts salivating at pro day.

Also, thoughts and prayers to whoever has to tackle all 230 pounds of Master Teague at full speed. It's been a hot minute since my last physics class, but I do remember mv=p, and I'm quite sure nobody else on the field would come close to his number.

Can we put him on the kickoff team or would that put lives at risk?

OKAY, SULLY. It appears Jared Sullinger's return to basketball is going swimmingly.

Here's hoping we get to see him on the court for Carmen's Crew's TBT run this year. And he needs to convince Aaron Craft to leave the library and join him.

COMING SOON TO COLUMBUS. Kalen Etzler is probably the least-hyped player currently committed to the Buckeyes, but I'm ready to hop on the bandwagon after seeing him casually throw down more impressive dunks than I could do on a nerf hoop.

I'm gonna need to see that off-the-backboard alley-oop to himself at least once in his college career, preferably against Michigan. Please and thank you.
