Sad news out of Mirror Lake on Wednesday afternoon. Afroduck, the iconic Mirror Lake figure who made the man-made lake his fiefdom for the better part of the last decade, is dead.
Ohio State students took to Twitter to pay their respects to the greatest Buckeye legend this side of Braxton Miller:

The good news is Afroduck now rests easily in Buckeye Animal Heaven, where he's no doubt toasting with Whitey, the albino squirrel tragically killed by a hawk in 2007.
