Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh wanted to be very clear Tuesday when speaking at the team's football banquet.

He has no plans of going anywhere.

"I'm not leaving Michigan," Harbaugh told reporters. "I'm not even considering it."

Rumors swirled over the last few days about Harbaugh potentially leaving Ann Arbor for another shot in the NFL. Those only picked up Monday when the Los Angeles Rams fired head coach Jeff Fisher.

But while Harbaugh emphatically denied those publicly Tuesday night, he also provided a reason why he believed said rumors existed in the first place.

"A lot of this talk is coming from our enemies," Harbaugh said, via MLive.com reporter Nick Baumgardner. "From coaches who, and you know the names. You probably know the names of the top three that I'm referring to. They like to say (I'm leaving) to the media, they like to tell that to recruits and their families to try to manipulate them into going into another school besides Michigan.

"But we know them as jive turkeys."

Harbaugh did not get into specifics regarding the three coaches he referred to as "enemies," according to reports. There are probably a few guesses, though.
