Indiana now has its highest-rated quarterback ever, as Utah transfer Jack Tuttle signed with the Hoosiers on Monday.
Coming out of high school, Tuttle was an Elite 11 quarterback and the No. 167 player and the No. 8 pro style quarterback in the 2018 class.
If the name sounds familiar, it's because Tuttle was once recruited by Ryan Day and was high school teammates with current Buckeye receiver Chris Olave. In fact, Day discovered Olave while he was on a recruiting trip to watch Tuttle.
Big congrats !! Cant wait to see you play man. @jacktuttle14 https://t.co/UWbE6LRp5W

Tuttle comes to Indiana after he did not win Utah's starting quarterback job as a true freshman. It's not yet clear whether he will be eligible to play for the Hoosiers next season. He left Utah in October and didn't throw a single pass for the Utes this season.
Regardless, it's a big get for Tom Allen and the Hoosiers.
