I'm hoping one of you guys can help me with a problem I've been having.  I have a brand new, in the last few months, laptop running the latest version of windows and IE.  I am unable to load a picture or gif into a comment.

I click on the picture icon in the box at the top of the comment box and then try to paste in the URL field.  The url shows up I then I click the red OK box in the lower right corner.  After that nothing happens.  The box doesn't disappear.  My pic/gif isn't uploaded and even if I hit the cancel button nothing.  I have to go to another site and then come back to even view 11W.

The other thing is I have a box around my typing now, when I never had that before.  I'm a techtard, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
