Had some kids playing the "pi" game on Google last week and brought up the fact that someone recited the number to something like 100,00 places and took over 16 hours to do it.
The idea still amazes me and probably beats the guy who ate 76 hot dogs (with bun) in 10 minutes at the Nathan's contest as impressive feats of human achievement.
