I'm going to ask this on here because I can't get a straight answer.
I have a desktop with an HDD. Running Windows 8.1. Want to use "System Image Backup" in Windows to create a system image of this drive. It should be pretty much plug and play with an external hard drive. My Q is whether I can save the system image to an SSD external hard drive or if the external hard drive has to be HDD.
Same thing for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Samsung allows you to back up your phone's contents via USB. Assuming can do this onto an external hard drive versus a simple flash drive. If I can, can I do it to an SSD? Or does it have to be HDD? Don't know what kind of "hard drive" my cell phone has.
Thanks.
