Do you prefer intermittent fasting or prolonged fasting when cutting? I have been lifting weights for almost 2 years now. I have taken my pudgy body from 280 to a much more muscular looking 255. I did change my diet and eat as clean as possible (although I still have vices like ice cream or apple pie). However yesterday I decided I was going to go on a fast, I would like to do a 3 day fast which means I would be able to eat again Friday night at 8 pm. But what do you prefer to use to cut weight? I will still be working out during this but I want to get that last 20 lbs off to get under 15% body fat
OP Update: So I did a 24 hour fast yesterday and my workout was the worst I have ever had. So fasting is not the answer for me, I will look to further cut my calories or I increase my calories and just get bigger. All I know is body dysmorphia is real
