I am going to do somewhat of a 2020 primer soon for the teams that could compete with OSU for a title, one thing I have noticed is how poor the QBs will be next year. This list really goes to show how bad the QBs will be. Here is the top 10:

- Justin Fields
- Jamie Newman(transferring, potentially to Oregon)
- Sam Howell North Carolina
- Tanner Morgan Minnesota
- Sam Ehlinger Texas
- Brock Purdy Iowa State
- Dustin Krum Kent State
- Michael Penix Indiana
- Layne Hatcher Arkansas State
Should Tua return along with some of the receivers he may be atop this list and changes the narrative. Spencer Rattler from Oklahoma will likely put up crazy numbers as well. But LSU/Georgia/PSU/Michigan/USC among others won’t have a QB that will put fear into OSU. It should be another very predictable year.
