The Georgia baseball that was yelling racist things at Justin Fields is suing the university for  “compensatory and punitive damages” for loss of income and employment opportunities as a result of actions taken by the university.

He was eventually dismissed from the baseball team due to his actions. 

Saying that (The) intent and context were in a positive manner and in support of a person. When the Plaintiff learned his statement was viewed negatively, he apologized. I'm sorry but if you have to learn that what he said was negative then you get deserve what you get. 

IMO he doesn't deserve to get anything out of this.
