The Buckeyes stayed at No. 2 in the polls this week after a dominant win over Northwestern.
The Buckeyes took care of business at Wrigley Field Saturday afternoon and with that, remained the second-ranked team in both the AP Top 25 and Coaches Poll this week.
In the AP Poll, the top five teams – Oregon, Ohio State, Texas, Penn State and Indiana – remained the same, as the Big Ten has four of the top five teams in the poll. Notre Dame, Alabama, Georgia, Ole Miss and Tennessee round out the top five, as the Volunteers dropped four spots after their loss at Georgia Saturday night. Illinois, meanwhile, is now No. 24 in the poll and the only other ranked Big Ten team.
