They mainly are asking the big ten: announce all game times and limit or avoid night games (because they lead to more drinking).

But the bigger ask was that they include "community positivity/spread" in their protocols for determining whether a game should be played without fans or outright canceled.  No mention of how what testing should be used or how it would be analogous or comparable to big ten testing.

It is not entirely clear from the letter if fans are assumed, expected, or not.
