Boise State is set to kick off tonight without 14 players tonight against Colorado State. This comes on the heel of their beat down at the hands of BYU last week when the 4th string Boise QB took the majority of their snaps.
Boise State has nine players out with positive COVID-19 tests and five out in quarantine, school says

In the Big Ten we’ve had 3 games canceled by schools who didn’t meet the red/red automatic cancellation criteria and were rather unilaterally canceled by the team with sidelined players due to COVID-19 positives. Competitive disadvantage? Possibly. Especially when your league mandates a ridiculous 21-day period to return, exceeding even the CDC guidelines by 11 days.
First it was the decision to cancel the season rather than delay. Then it was October 24th rather than 17th amended start date allowing no byes or room for reschedules. Add to that the 21 day sit out period, and the now exploited orange/red cancelations by two schools. Altogether just another failure by our leader, Kevin Warren.
