Every year, 247 sports puts out their team talent composite, looking at the recruiting rankings of the 85 player scholarship roster. They just released their composite for this year. Haven't seen it posted on here yet.

A few things of note:

- Alabama has its highest ever talent rating - hence why it is such a betting favorite for the title.

- Georgia is probably underrated heading into this year - their stacked up #1 classes from a couple years ago have them second in the talent composite.

- Buckeyes are 3 - closer to Alabama and Georgia in rankings than we are to A&M and Clemson (the 4 and 5 teams).

- Notre Dame is #10 - just shows they have sufficient talent to win, and better talent than they used to have. They are stacking dudes better than anyone not named Ohio State in the Big Ten - speaking of which...

- Penn State is 14 and Michigan is 15. This is why I don't take it so seriously when the TTUN fans keep saying their team is so deep. Their talent level is significantly lower than it should be, and they aren't turning that around with the 2023 class, either.
