ESPN just published an article titled something like “Alabama among Schools to Refuse Releasing NIL Data”. My first thought, those dirty cheating mother f’ers. If you read the article however it states every school rejected the request all of them stating Student Privacy Laws. I think it is Bull shit the schools are involved with NIL at all, doing so only creates a situation where the school can exploit the student. If ESPN thinks it’s OK to demand this type of info then I think they should be required to publish ALL of their business contracts, with employees, with leagues, with advertisers, everybody. With all that said, I love that they are giving Saban shit!
