Ohio State has plenty to be thankful for on Thanksgiving.

Four-star tight end Corbyn Fordham gave the Buckeyes yet another reason to be thankful on Thursday when he committed to Ohio State.

The Fordham File

  • Class: 2026
  • Size: 6-3/215
  • Pos: Tight End
  • School: The Bolles School (Jacksonville, Florida)
  • Composite Rating: ★★★★
  • Composite Rank: #323 (#15 TE)

With his commitment, OSU now has three players committed in the 2026 class, as he joins Chris Henry Jr. and Jaeden Ricketts

Fordham picked up his offer from OSU in January and instantly became intrigued by what the Buckeyes had to offer. He built a strong relationship with tight ends coach Keenan Bailey, who was a big factor in his decision to commit to OSU. Fordham returned to Columbus in June to camp with several of his high school teammates and felt his bond with the Buckeyes strengthen.

“They've been recruiting me pretty hard and they came down and watched me practice and invited me to come here and I wanted to get work with Coach Kee,” Fordham said in June of why he chose to camp at Ohio State. “He's a great coach.”

Fordham will now help peer recruit his two high school teammates, four-star wide receiver Naeem Burroughs and four-star safety/linebacker Simeon Caldwell. Caldwell will visit Ohio State on Saturday for the Buckeyes' game against Michigan.

“We always do,” Fordham said when asked if they talk about playing together for the same college. “We're like, ‘What if we went here together, what if we did this?’ It's cool, but it's all going to work out on our own to see where we feel is home.”

Per 247Sports' composite rankings, Fordham is considered the No. 323 prospect and the No. 15 tight end in the 2026 class.

Fordham has caught 22 passes for 226 yards and four touchdowns in his junior season at The Bolles School.
