I understand a contract is a contract but there should be immediate changes that would benefit everything:

1. Everyone is mandated to play the same number of conference games

2. No scheduling conference games more than one year in advance to ensure some sort of balance in scheduling (similar to how the SEC does it)

3. Seed all teams 1-12; no byes for conference championships. I know why this exists currently because they wanted conference titles to mean something but we can’t ignore that all conferences aren’t created equal anymore
