Bill has finally had to give in to the evil entity...the transfer portal. 

Clemson has taken some transfers in the past (traditional type) but has resisted daboling (intentional typo) into the portal to get players. 

The player is a WR from Southeast Missouri State. 

We shall see if this marks the beginning of Bill and Clemson fully entering the transfer portal era or if it is more of a "one-off" for them. Obviously, if Clemson wants to keep competing in college football, they really have no choice but to bring in seasoned players to replace those lost through the transfer portal.
