Vanderbilt's QB  Diego Pavia was granted a temporary injunction.  Basically his eligibility at  NM Military Institution (JUCO ) doesn't count towards his College eligibility. Thus giving him more time and more NIL money.

Who does this hurt? Mid majors and high schools. Who do you recruit HS or developed/older JUCO players? As player do you go to a mid-major for small bag or JUCO to develop more and chance at bigger bag with lots of eligibility?

Just one more thing that spells CFB going more and more Semi Pro ball/Minor Leagues. I lament the state of the game.  Am I making much to do about nothing?
