We didn't see 3 of our starters last night Hepner, Kharchla, Hoffman and of course, missing Sammy Sasso (Keep up rehab young man!) There were no real surprises like last season when Bryce Hepner beat Carson Kharchla and it looks like the coaches picked the teams about as competitive as can be.

Expected a tech fall or pin from Nic and Jesse.. 7-6 and 5-2 kind of threw me for a loop, hopefully that means the backups are a lot stronger than I thought.
D'Emillio and Paddy both were very solid, hopefully this is the year Dylan puts it all together and goes out with a high All American finish. Paddy was the number 1 recruit at one point in 2021 and could be a NC if he puts it all together
The 165 starter is going to be Bryce Hepner but he is injured so Wilcox gets to be the guy for now... He has worked hard in his 4 years here so I hope he makes the best of the opportunity
Shumate is going to be a good one, but now that Gavin Hoffman is moving down to 84 he is in for a battle to get mat time... Can't wait to see how this one plays out
Geog is a beast and I believe will surprise many people when the season is done and dusted
Feldman dominated as expected and will be in the top 3 on the medal podium in B10 and NC.
Side note: B10+ please do better. They had the colors listed wrong on the scoring for Bouzakis, D'Emilio, Geog and Feldman... I was doing things around the house while watching with the volume off and music jammin so I was wondering what was going on at 133, 141 and 197.... I didn't recognize the guys except Feldman, because you can't get him confused with anyone of our team.
