COLUMBUS, Ohio -- No. 7 Ohio State (1-0) defeated No. 3 Virginia Tech (0-1) Friday at Cassell Coliseum in Blacksburg, Virginia. The Buckeyes got victories from four freshmen, including a pin by Ryder Rogotzke, a true freshman, at 184, to take the Top 10 match from the Hokies, 24-12. Redshirt freshmen Brendan McCrone (125), Luke Geog (197) and Nick Feldman (HWT) also posted wins.
