While Chris Holtmann and his staff continue to try to fill the 2019 recruiting class, they also have their eyes on the 2020 class.
Zeb Jackson, a top-100 recruit and the second-best player in Ohio, included Ohio State in his top seven, which he released Friday afternoon.
Thankful to announce my Final 7... Thank you to all the schools who recruited me and the coaches who believed in me and its time to take this next step in the process! pic.twitter.com/9kp8nyT6rB

A 6-foot-2, 160-pound guard, Jackson is the No. 66 overall player and the 18th-best shooting guard, according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
Jackson is one of three Ohioans in his class to earn offers from Ohio State. Dominiq Penn, the son of Scoonie Penn, and 7-foot center Zach Loveday also have offers from the in-state program. Ohio State does not have any commits in the 2020 class.
The Buckeyes offered Jackson a scholarship in May and he picked up an offer from Michigan on Thursday. He is expected to take an unofficial visit to Ohio State this weekend.
