According to an Ohio State spokesperson, the Hawkeyes are experiencing a "mechanical issue" with their plane, but the program is still working on options to get to Columbus. The game is still on as of now, but the incoming winter storm could complicate matters further if issues persist through Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
As of right now, Ohio State-Iowa is still on for tomorrow night, according to the Ohio State program. Iowa is having a "mechanical issue" with its plane. However, weather issues could play a factor if the issue takes a long time to solve.

Update (7:09 p.m.): The Hawkeyes will not make it to Columbus on Wednesday night, but are still making every effort to get here on Thursday morning.
Per Ohio State, Iowa will not be able to make it into Columbus tonight, but is still making every effort to get here early tomorrow morning. Game still on for now.
