Two teams with top-four overall picks in the 2023 NFL draft are getting face time with C.J. Stroud this week.
The MMQB’s Albert Breer reported Monday that Stroud and Alabama quarterback Bryce Young – the projected top two overall picks in the NFL Draft – both went through a workout in Southern California on Monday with the Indianapolis Colts, who hold the No. 4 overall pick and are also expected to draft a quarterback.
The Colts are working out both Ohio State QB CJ Stroud and Alabama QB Bryce Young today in Southern California (where the QBs are training), per sources. Indy was sparsely repped at the QB Pro Days, preferring to do it this way.

They'll get a close look at all the top QBs.
On Wednesday, Stroud will visit the Houston Texans, who hold the draft’s No. 2 overall pick and are widely expected to draft either Stroud or Young, depending on which one the Carolina Panthers don’t take with the No. 1 overall pick.

Stroud is also expected to make a trip to Carolina later this month to visit with the Panthers, who sent a whopping 14 representatives to Ohio State’s pro day to meet with Stroud and watch him throw there last month.
