I'll freely admit that my overall thinking is old-school; the game has evolved so much since I began watching. But I questioned almost weekly the status of players who were listed as available but being held out. That raised red flags to me that they weren't being shown that they needed to play through adversity. I understand that that's a fine line to walk but this team has seemed to lack toughness for 3 years running now. Everyone applauded Day for getting his team very healthy for The Game; where did that get us? Healthy but unprepared for a dogfight?
