This is likely going to be an unpopular sentiment, but I’d appreciate if you would keep an open mind and consider this:

Up to this point the OL played pretty well, albeit with Simmons. Before today there was not substantial evidence of the OL really struggling in a game outside of individual plays. Along these lines, the defense, especially the DL, didn’t really struggle in games until against Oregon. Then, Coach Day said they would work to improve in that area, and actually did it. Now, I have no idea whether they will improve, but I’d imagine Day will take a similar approach with the OL this week. I’m not asking for glowing shows of optimism, but I personally am hopeful that the increased focus in that area this week will help tighten things up for next week. A lot of football left to be played; never forget 2014. Go Bucks!
