Ohio State blows out Indiana, 38-15. Now, it's time to do the same to That Team Up North.
When Cignetti kicked off his Indiana coaching career by being dismissive of OSU and UX (and Purdue), I thought what an arrogant and cocky ______. In listening to his post-game press conference today, I was pleasantly surprised with his responses. He was transparent about the loss, such as the challenges (crowd noise, OSU's defense and talent level) his team faced, etc. Overall, he sounded like a coherent, intelligent, and respectful (of the opponent) coach -- which is not what we always here from opposing coaches. If you watch his post-game presser (9 minutes long), do you have a similar takeaway or different? https://youtu.be/mF5Ynds0e44?si=dhnfg5nAettAtAGN In my view, it does seem like IU has found a really good head coach (for now).
