Took a self-imposed break from the board until today. What I've read is pretty much what I expected. However, unless I've missed a thread or part of a thread, where is the vitriol for Chip Kelly and his horrendous game plan last Saturday? I'm not seeing much except a random comment here and there.
That plan was reminiscent of 1990, 1993, 1996, etc UX games. AWFUL!
Frankly, I've thought all season long that the OSU offense seemed to be slightly out of gear. It was not the juggernaut that I thought it would be given the talent. Yes, I understand the OL issues. But how many times did the offense start a game really slowly and then finally pick up some pace? Numerous by my count. 10 points against UX. 20 against PSU. 21 against Nebraska. And honestly, take away the 2 punt return/block and the last second score and the offense got 17 against Indiana. What so good about these results?
If Day should go, Kelly absolutely should go. Oh, and take the FG kicker too........
