Wow, just unbelievable that he is still young. Tyler Skaggs, MLB pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels, has passed away. He was just 27 years old and his 28th birthday is 12 days away (July 13). The Angels drafted him with the 40th overall pick in the 2009 MLB Draft, where he was drafted coming out of High School (Santa Monica High School in California):
